About BandWove

Custom wristbands begin with a clear design and the right product choices.

We are an independent brand focused on custom RFID and NFC wristbands. We bring artwork, wearable formats and technical requirements together for event agencies, festival teams, brand marketers and venue operators.

Our approach
BandWove fabric RFID wristbands in violet and mint, navy and coral, and light neutral artwork, each with a separate tag

Our approach.

We organize the choices behind a custom wristband so your creative team and buying team can work from the same information.

Make the artwork clear

A logo, a repeat pattern and a tag each need their own space. We focus on readable artwork, separate design surfaces and files you can keep editing.

Explain the product choices

Material, print process and closure affect the look and fit. Our product pages show the selected construction and the details that need to be considered together.

Keep a useful project record

Design files and purchasing notes should be easy to share. Local project saving and brief downloads help you collect the information before the next discussion.

Design comes first.

BandWove Studio offers product-specific 2D modes for printed fabric, elastic NFC, silicone RFID and disposable RFID wristbands. Work in the browser, keep an editable project and export the design surfaces available for the selected product.

Free to use, with no account required. Printed fabric uses 350 × 15 or 20 mm bands. Elastic, silicone and disposable modes use their own product dimensions and artwork rules.

Product knowledge matters.

We make the effect of each choice easier to understand, from the artwork surface to the way a credential will be used.

The process shapes the artwork
Our printed fabric format uses full-color dye sublimation on polyester. Woven artwork uses colored yarns and needs different design rules. Band and tag artwork remain separate.
The fit follows the use
Band width, loop size and closure affect how a wristband is worn and removed. A removable elastic or silicone loop serves a different purpose from a band intended to stay on throughout an event.
The technology follows the system
An NFC link for a compatible phone is different from a managed access credential. Chip, antenna, encoding and any required keys need to match the intended reader or platform.
